During my time at Frankly as a Marketing Coordinator, I contributed significantly to building and expanding their digital presence, starting with their social media channels, which lacked structure and consistency.

  • developed a content framework: I Introduced a structured content approach based on five key Frankly Pillars together with a structured editorial brand. This ensured that all content aligned with the brand's values and storytelling goals, fostering consistency across all social media platforms.

    One standout initiative was Frankly Talks - a dynamic, fast-paced interview series featuring frankly colleagues discussing their roles and experiences. The series captured followers' attention and boosted employer branding while fostering stronger audience connections.

  • led the Hero marketing campaign: Spearheaded the design and execution of the Hero campaign, a comprehensive brand-awareness initiative aimed at increasing engagement and enhancing visibility across key digital platforms. This campaign was strategically developed to resonate with our target audience and included:


    paid social media strategy:
    Deployed a series of targeted paid social media ads across LinkedIN and Instagram, leveraging audience segmentation and A/B testing to maximize brand awareness and optimize ad performance.

    content creation and storytelling:
    Created a cohesive narrative across all touchpoints, ensuring the content reflected Frankly’s core values and message. This involved developing engaging visuals and copy that drove both organic and paid engagement.

    email marketing:
    Crafted and distributed a series of newsletters that not only supported the campaign but also engaged Frankly’s existing audience with personalized content and calls-to-action designed to boost brand loyalty and awareness.

    website optimization:
    Enhanced the website’s user experience by creating a dedicated landing page tailored to the campaign to increase brand awareness.
